Following the splash hire of Lincoln Riley by USC, the Trojans have already been able to secure multiple five star recruits this offseason and we have seen many Oklahoma players enter the transfer portal including quarterback Caleb Williams and former five star receiver Mario Williams.
It was announced earlier today that after one season with the Trojans, quarterback Jaxson Dart has entered the transfer portal which has caused many to believe that Caleb Williams will follow his former coach to play quarterback for the Trojans. Dart had some great moments as a starter this year for USC filling in for injured quarterback Kedon Slovis. Dart's most memorable game was against the Washington State Cougars where the Trojans won 45-14 and Dart threw for 391 yards and four touchdowns.
If Caleb Williams does end up transferring to USC, the Trojans will get a stud at quarterback who scored 27 total touchdowns for the Oklahoma Sooners last year and outplayed one of the favorites for the Heisman prior to the beginning of the season in Spencer Rattler. Whatever happens, the future is looking bright for USC football for next season and the years to come.
